SURFACE PREPARATION
Make sure that there are no flakes, dirt, dust and grease on the surface of the coating. If present, carefully remove them. If necessary, sand the surface.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When working with the material in an enclosed space, sufficient ventilation must be provided, do not use open fire and welding work. It is important to use protective equipment, masks, respirators. In case of contact with mucous membranes or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
PREPARATION OF THE MATERIAL
Mix component A with a low-speed mixer (up to 500 rpm), paying special attention to the wall and bottom layer.
Add component B to component A and mix for 3-5 minutes. Pour component B in a thin stream with the mixer rotating. If necessary, add butyl acetate based solvent.

MIXING RATIO
Component A: 10 parts + Component B:
1 part + solvent from 0 to 2 parts (1L : 100ml : 0-200ml)

APPLICATION
The mixture is applied in a uniform layer without gaps on a clean and dry surface with a velour roller or a natural brush. The task when applying the varnish is to create a uniform layer on the entire surface. The solvent in the varnish evaporates quickly, therefore, 10-15 minutes after applying the varnish, do not carry any manipulation with the layer before it cures. Do not apply in thick layers. Do not allow the formation of spills, overcoating and streaking during application. The consumption of varnish in one layer is 0.07l/m2. Interlayer drying takes 6-8 hours at a temperature of +20 ° C. The varnish can be applied in two or three layers. Drying for easy operation takes 3-5 days. Through drying takes 7-10 days. Before applying to a large surface, test on a small area to ensure the correct application method and expected results.

The material is flammable! Keep away from sources of fire! Use only indoors. Dispose of tools and containers after use.
To achieve longer surface protection, it is recommended to repeat the varnishing process every two to four years and cover chipped and damaged areas.
